Premium Picture™ is the name of our customer service guarantee. It is our way of ensuring that you get a professional installation service and a first-class viewing experience from your Sky TV in Northern Ireland.
Our Premium Picture™ Guarantee includes:
- Installation Within 24 Hours. If you're in a hurry – just let us know, and we will do our best to have your Sky TV installed within 24 hours of the arrival the your Sky viewing card.
- Evening Installations. If you're not at home during the day, we can install your Sky TV in the evening time. There will be a small additional fee for this service.
- Local Sky Call Centre. We are a local company with local knowledge. We provide you with one point of contact for sales, installation and warranty repairs.
- Any Height For Your Satellite. We have the equipment, the experience and the insurance needed to position your satellite dish on the roof of your house or high up on a gable wall. This means that your satellite dish can be placed is in a safe location and out of sight.
- Authorised By Sky. We are Northern Ireland's only Authorised Sky Homes Agent (ASHA). This means that our engineers are fully trained and qualified to deliver a professional Sky installation. Our sales team are also trained with the product knowledge needed to ensure that you get the best Sky TV package for your needs.
- Public Liability Insurance. Our engineers are covered by full public liability insurance.
- After-Sales Care. We will call you within 30 days of your Sky TV installation to ensure that you are happy with your Sky TV installation, and to answer any questions you may have.
